Back to school is either here, or right around the corner for all of us. My kids have been in school since the end of July (way too soon and hot), so it is time for me to get creative with easy gluten free breakfast on the go recipes that are perfect for back to school. Luckily I have this awesome  list of gluten free breakfast foods. You are going to love these for your busy mornings. Whether it is back-to-school, or just because you are running out of the door- these gluten and dairy free breakfast ideas are healthy too and taste amazing.

One of the best parts of these muffins is that they are oat based, so they are flourless. On top of that they are sugar free, gluten free, and dairy free. These are made with peanut butter, but feel free to swap it out for almond or cashew butter.

    School has already started here — and these look like delicious options to fuel the kids for a busy day — and I know we wouldn’t get any complaints for things like coffee cake, muffins and scones. “I said EAT YOUR COFFEECAKE!” – yeah – like THAT would be an issue… It would be nice to bring some muffins to the teacher, too, don’t you think?

    What a great collection of breakfast ideas. School is just around the corner, and mornings are about to be a whole lot busier for many families. I am going to pass this along to my daughter. Both the grandkids will be in school this year, and they have an 8:00 a.m. start time. I’m sure she and her husband will find this helpful.

    What a great collection of recipes! I have friends who are gluten- and dairy-free, so I like to keep fresh ideas on hand for when we get together for coffee.     Amazing round up! I remember the first time I saw those almond joy scones, I knew I had to make them. They’re still on my pinterest list but it’s going to happen! I’ll have to send this to my DF friend, she’ll be over the moon with all these options.

    End of July? We still have a couple more weeks here. Though it’s never too early to start thinking about quick, school morning breakfasts. I love all the options you have here, especially the muffins and the overnight oats. I think they’d be big hits with the kids.

    This is one fantastic list. I really needed some ideas and you’ve given them to me big time. I can’t believe that they are gluten and dairy free. I don’t have a problem but I’m sure the people who do have tummy problems would be grateful. I think all of the recipes look and sound very appetizing.

    Ugh, kudos to you for having it together enough to track down not one but TEN great breakfast ideas at this time of the year. My kids aren’t back in school yet but it’s just around the corner and I don’t feel prepared enough yet. I’ll have to show them the list and ask them what they’re most likely to repeatedly ask me for instead of toast or cereal in the morning. Haha. And while we don’t have any gluten issues in our home it’s always nice to be able to shake it up a bit and get out of the usual grain rut!

    Fabulous collection. I have to pass this on to my friend, because she’s GF and was recently talking about breakfast foods she misses! She does so well given her restrictions, and she’s so great at finding substitutes, so I know she’ll appreciate all of these gems. Heck, I’d enjoy them too!
