Easy Gluten Free Kale and White Bean Sausage Soup

Easy Gluten Free Kale and White Bean Sausage Soup is the perfect hearty dinner that is budget and family friendly. This can be made quickly and will fill up everyone!

I have been making this super simple soup for a long time. I meant to get it up on the blog last year, but I haven’t had time.

With our insanely rainy winter here, soups are on constant rotation. So, while it still feels wintery outside- I knew I had to get this up!

You can grab all of the ingredients to make this delicious soup at your local store and the best part is that it is naturally gluten free!

  • Chicken or Vegetable Broth: Either works just fine! I do prefer chicken, but use whatever you have on hand!
  • Fresh Garlic: Diced
  • Red or Gold Potatoes: Optional, but I love how this thickens up the soup, makes it extra hearty and adds amazing flavor
  • Ground Sausage: You can use mild or hot depending on your preferences. Traditionally this recipe uses hot, but if your cooking for little kiddos, then mild could be a better option
  • Onion: Diced
  • Kale: Baby kale, chopped into bite size pieces
  • White Beans: I prefer Cannellini
  • Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Basil, Marjoram, and Granulated Garlic
  • Oil: I like avocado oil, but any oil will work

How to Make this Super Simple Kale and White Bean Sausage Soup

In a large stock pot on medium heat, heat the oil.

  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 8 oz baby kale washed and chopped if needed
