Easy Gluten Free Monte Cristo Sliders

I’ve got the perfect easy brunch, lunch or appetizer recipe for you- Easy Gluten Free Monte Cristo Sliders. I used vegan cheese and made this a dairy free monte cristo recipe as well.

This recipe has been sponsored by Canyon Bakehouse. We believe in sharing all of the gluten free goodness and Canyon is one of our favorite brands for gluten free bread.

Canyon Bakehouse just launched a new product and we were here for it! They now have gluten free Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. They are insanely delicious alone, or warmed up with butter, however they make an epic sandwich too.

When Canyon told me they would be sending me their latest product and wanting me to create a recipe for it I was excited. As soon as I saw it was Hawaiian rolls, my mind went right to Monte Cristo’s.

We recently went to Disneyland and we were unable to get a reservation at the Blue Bayou. The last time we went they offered gluten free monte cristos, however things have changed and I am unsure if they still do.

This had me craving them and the Hawaiian rolls made the perfect savory sandwich with a sweet touch.
