Maple Pecan Coffee Creamer
If you are in need of a healthy coffee creamer recipe that just so happens to be vegan coffee creamer, then look no further. This Maple Pecan Coffee Creamer is absolute perfection.
I started experimenting with making homemade coffee creamer several years ago. Vegan coffee creamer is expensive and even the healthier creamers contain gums and added oils.
Maple Pecan Coffee Creamer
I made a coconut based Whole 30 Coffee Creamer and an Oat Milk that works great too, but I wanted something nut based and that would bring me into fall flavors. I love my Pumpkin Creamer recipe which is coconut based, but after I received my Nutr in the mail I wanted to get super creative with this healthy coffee creamer recipe.
Over the years, I have experimented with several “milk” machines. Being dairy free I like making our own milks if possible and I especially love nut milks that aren’t’ readily available in the grocery store.
Some of my favorite nut milks are hazelnut, cashew and pistachio. Generally, finding those can be hard and expensive.
Store bought milks also contain a lot of preservatives.
Being able to make your own provides you peace of mind knowing exactly what is in it. They are also budget friendly.
Vegan Coffee Creamer
I love the Nutr because it is powerful, yet compact and very easy to use. My last milk machine was an absolute pain! So much so that I only used it a handful of times before throwing in the towel.
For vegan coffee creamer you can really use any nut base that you want, even oat or coconut.
With fall here and wanting to make my own healthy coffee creamer recipe to save money and avoid gums and unnecessary oils, I chose to make a maple pecan coffee creamer.
The recipe turned out better than expected and I highly recommend making this!

If you don’t have a Nutr you could possibly make this in a high speed blender, but I am not sure how good the results would be.
Healthy Coffee Creamer Recipe
To make this Maple Pecan Coffee Creamer you will need…
- Pecans
- Maple Syrup
- Maple Extract
- Water
- Salt
With the Nutr all you do is add all of the ingredients to the machine and put it on a cycle 2 times. Then I used the strainer that came with it and strained it into a mason jar for storage. I made the recipe twice to provide me with enough creamer to get through the week.
Shake up the jar before using and store in the fridge.
F.A.Q’s
What if I can’t have pecans?
You could use a different nut, oats, or coconut in place of the pecans. However, the flavor will change.
Do I have to use maple extract?
The maple extract gives this recipe the distinct maple flavor. You could use vanilla extract in its place, but expect it to have very little maple flavor.
What if I don’t have a Nutr machine?
You could try making this in a high speed blender and then straining it several times. I have not done this and I do not know how it would turn out.
How long will this recipe last in the fridge?
You can use this for up to a week.
Enjoy!!
