The raspberry jam is one of my favorite layers in this amazing recipe. Serving it with fresh raspberries, a sprinkle of powdered sugar and just a little maple syrup make it absolutely decadent. Stuffed French toast with cream cheese and raspberry jam are truly the perfect combination.

You also only need a handful of ingredients to throw together this easy gluten free stuffed French toast recipe.

What ingredients do I need for this easy gluten free stuffed French toast?

  • gluten free bread (I recommend a large loaf like Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Loaf). These are full size slices, not the tiny little pieces of bread.
  • Raspberry Preserves
  • Cream Cheese (I used vegan cream cheese, I recommend VioLife (Trader Joes brand) and Kite Hill)
  • Eggs
  • Coconut milk, or flax milk
  • vanilla
  • Coconut or vegetable oil for frying
  • Toppings: I used raspberries, powdered sugar, and maple syrup.
