The raspberry jam is one of my favorite layers in this amazing recipe. Serving it with fresh raspberries, a sprinkle of powdered sugar and just a little maple syrup make it absolutely decadent. Stuffed French toast with cream cheese and raspberry jam are truly the perfect combination.
