Paleo Pumpkin Butter
I had never tried Pumpkin Butter previously to being a blogger. It wasn’t something I grew up around. Although, I remember apple butter being around from time to time. This Paleo Pumpkin Butter Recipe blew my mind and I couldn’t believe how decadent and delicious it turned out! This post will tell you how to make pumpkin butter crock pot- it couldn’t be easier!
My Bestie asked me to make her a clean pumpkin butter recipe and I am always up for a good challenge. But, I knew I wanted to make it super simple and delicious. The crock pot was the way to go because I am a set-it-and-forget-it kind of girl, you know?
Paleo Pumpkin Butter
Coincidently the recipe turned out to be paleo and vegan. Score! Paleo Pumpkin Butter was born. My initial thought was to top it on a gluten free English muffin. Ooohh yaasss.
However, when I decided to dip my apple slices in it I was a true believer. This Paleo Pumpkin Butter literally tastes like pumpkin pie on my apple slices. When cooking in the crock pot my house smelled heavenly and it could very well be the best air freshener. It only took an hour and 45 minutes to cook on slow in the crock pot and I was so happy with the final product. This would be the perfect spread for your biscuits and fruit.

How to make Pumpkin Butter In Crock Pot?
It’s as easy as throwing all of your ingredients in the crockpot. Stirring them and cooking for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Allow it to come to room temperature and store in the fridge. That’s it! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- ½ Cup Apple Sauce
- 15 oz. Pureed Pumpkin
- 2 TBSP. Maple Syrup
- 2 ½ Cinnamon
- ½ tsp. Ground Ginger
- ¼ tsp. Cloves
- ¼ tsp. Nutmeg
- 2 ½ tsp. Vanilla
- ¾ Cup Coconut Sugar
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in your crock pot. Cook on low for one hour and 45 minutes. Allow to cool and store in an air tight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
