Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter – A Healthy, Easy Recipe (Paleo, Vegan, & Gluten-Free)
Before becoming a food blogger, I had never tried Pumpkin Butter. It wasn’t a staple in my household growing up, although I do recall the occasional jar of apple butter making an appearance. When I created this Paleo Pumpkin Butter Recipe, I was completely blown away by how rich and flavorful it turned out! In this post, I’ll walk you through exactly how to make Pumpkin Butter in the crock pot—it’s seriously as easy as it gets!

Naturally, the crock pot was the perfect solution because, like so many of us, I’m all about those set-it-and-forget-it recipes!
