Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe: A Healthy Fall Favorite

I don’t know about you, but I love all fall flavors. Pumpkin though is something that I welcome with open arms.

I’m not one to go to a coffee shop and buy a fancy latte. I spend all of my money on groceries, so I make my latte’s at home for a fraction of the cost.

This healthy treat is packed with all of the fall flavors you crave and love.

Ingredients You’ll Need for a Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Latte

Brewed Coffee: Use your favorite brewed coffee

Collagen: optional, it gives extra creaminess, but it’s not necessary

Coconut Sugar: or brown sugar if you’re not a fan of coconut suagr

Pureed Pumpkin

Coconut Milk: If you can’t have coconut, or don’t like it then sub for oat milk or hazelnut milk. You can use almond, but you want a nice thick and creamy milk for this.

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Coconut Oil: This gives it some healthy fat that brings more creaminess to the texture
