Paleo Buffalo Chicken Wings
I am a busy mom who believes in the importance of healthy family meals. Everyone sitting down together and connecting over a delicious meal is a big part of our day. Being busy though can sometimes make the cooking part difficult for me.ย

Keto Chicken Wings
My house is the go-to for all holidays and celebrations. When I host, there is a crowd and I need to be able to cook for a lot of people. So, I love to make a big batch of something in my pressure cooker because it’s fast and easy!
Can you eat chicken wings on the paleo diet?
Obviously you can’t eat just any chicken wing, but, on a paleo diet you can make chicken wings a million ways that are still flavorful and easy. These Paleo Buffalo Chicken Wings are truly simple and packed with the buffalo flavor you want.
How do I make these Paleo Buffalo Chicken Wings?
- Start by putting the pressure cooker on the saute setting. Add the ghee and allow it to melt. Turn the saute off because its now hot enough to finish the sauce.ย
- Add the arrowroot starch (if your not paleo any starch will work), hot sauce, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic, and salt. Stir well.
- Add the frozen raw chicken wings to the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 18 minutes. If you decide to use fresh chicken reduce the time to 15 minutes.
- While they are cooking you can throw together the chipotle ranch by adding the mayo to a medium sized bowl and then adding all the other ingredients. Give it a good stir and refrigerate when your ready to serve.
If you are not paleo any mayo will work, but if you are following paleo/whole30 make sure to use a compliant mayo, or make your own.
ย Enjoy!
