Being busy though can sometimes make the cooking part difficult for me. I need appliances that help my life become easier and that is exactly what my Crock-Pot® Express Pressure Cooker 8QT does.

The Crock-Pot® Express is made by a brand I love and trust. It also is multi functional, so it it takes the place of several appliances. Its an all in one for everything I need and the best part is it cooks meals up to 70% faster than traditional cooking methods.

Keto Chicken Wings

Crock pot with paleo wings and sauce

Since I am able to slow cook, pressure cook, brown, and saute, there are truly no limits to what I can use my amazing Crock-Pot® Express for!

For this recipe I make Paleo Buffalo Chicken Wings. They were juicy and packed full of spicy buffalo flavor, also insanely easy to make. It was as simple as making the sauce in the Crock-Pot® Express, throwing the frozen chicken wings in, and turning it on, that’s it! While they were cooking I made some delicious ranch for dipping.

My house is the go-to for all holidays and celebrations. When I host, there is a crowd and I need to be able to cook for a lot of people. I love having a Crock-Pot® Express 8 qt. because I am able to make huge batches of chili, soups, and stews to feed up to 10 people. Having an 8 qt. is a must for me.

If you have been looking for a Crock-Pot® Express, Target has them $20 off right now until 7/29/19. You can head HERE to purchase from Target.

Can you eat chicken wings on the paleo diet?

Wings in a basket with veggies and ranch

Obviously you can’t eat just any chicken wing, but, on a paleo diet you can make chicken wings a million ways that are still flavorful and easy. These Paleo Buffalo Chicken Wings are truly simple and packed with the buffalo flavor you want.

How do I make these Paleo Buffalo Chicken Wings?

process shot of ingredients

  1. Start by putting the Crock PotⓇExpress on the saute setting. Add the ghee and allow it to melt. Turn the saute off because its now hot enough to finish the sauce.
  2. Add the arrowroot starch (if your not paleo any starch will work), hot sauce, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Add the frozen raw chicken wings to the Crock PotⓇExpress and cook on high pressure for 18 minutes. If you decide to use fresh chicken reduce the time to 15 minutes.
  4. While they are cooking you can throw together the chipotle ranch by adding the mayo to a medium sized bowl and then adding all the other ingredients. Give it a good stir and refrigerate when your ready to serve.

If you are not paleo any mayo will work, but if you are following paleo/whole30 make sure to use a compliant mayo, or make your own.
