Paleo Buffalo Chicken Wings

Simple clean wings that are smothered in a spicy buffalo sauce and pressure cooked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ghee
  • 1 tsp. arrowroot starch
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 2 lbs. frozen chicken wings
  • Chipotle Ranch
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 tsp. chipotle chili powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. coconut milk

Instructions

  • With the Crock-Pot® Express on saute mode add the ghee. Allow it to melt and turn it off. Add the starch, hot sauce, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, granulated garlic, and sea salt. Stir to combine.
  • Add the frozen chicken wings and close the lid.
  • Cook on high pressure for 18 minutes.
  • Chipotle Ranch
  • In a medium size bowl add the mayonnaise, then sprinkle in the parsley, dill, chipotle chili powder, onion powder, granulated garlic, sea salt, and pepper, give it a stir. Then add the lemon juice and coconut milk, stir until blended and creamy, Store in the fridge and serve with the wings.
