Easy Gluten Free Dak Gogi Recipe

This easy gluten free Dak Gogi recipe is a 15 minute meal that is packed with flavor! I used Kevin’s Natural Foods Korean BBQ chicken as the base to make it super fast to throw together!

What is Dak Gogi?

Gogi is korean for meat. This simple dinner is thrown together with just a handful ingredients. This delicious easy gluten free Dak Gogi Recipe is a lettuce cup filled with korean bbq chicken, bell pepper, carrots and rice. Then it is topped with green onions and sesame seeds. It’s absolutely irresistable!

What do I need to make this Easy Gluten Free Dak Gogi Recipe?

  • Kevin’s Naturals Korean BBQ
  • Lettuce
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Carrots
  • Oil ( I use avocado oil)
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green onions or scallions
  • Rice, I use pre-packaged frozen rice that takes 3 minutes to cook!

How do make this easy dinner recipe ?

  • Start by having all of your ingredients ready. Add your frozen rice to the microwave and let it cook.
  • Put your oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the bell pepper and carrots and saute for about 5-6 minutes. 
  • Drain the bag of chicken and then add that to the veggie mixture, cook 2 minutes, stir and cook another 2 minutes.
  • Add the sauce and heat thoroughly. Remove from heat. 
  • Get your lettuce ready and build your wraps by adding the meat and veggie mixture and rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top and serve.

Gluten Free Dak Gogi

This simple korean bbq wrap meal is made in less than 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil I used avocado
  • 1 cup carrot matchsticks
  • 1/2 red bell pepper sliced very thin
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pkg Kevin's Naturals Korean BBQ
  • 1 head butter lettuce big pieces to make wraps

Instructions

  1. Start by having all of your ingredients ready. Add your frozen rice to the microwave and let it cook.
