Gluten Free Dak Gogi
This simple korean bbq wrap meal is made in less than 15 minutes!

- 1 tbsp oil I used avocado
- 1 cup carrot matchsticks
- 1/2 red bell pepper sliced very thin
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pkg Kevin's Naturals Korean BBQ
- 1 head butter lettuce big pieces to make wraps
Start by having all of your ingredients ready. Add your frozen rice to the microwave and let it cook.
Put your oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the bell pepper and carrots and saute for about 5-6 minutes.
Drain the bag of chicken and then add that to the veggie mixture, cook 2 minutes, stir and cook another 2 minutes.
Add the sauce and heat thoroughly. Remove from heat.
Get your lettuce ready and build your wraps by adding the meat and veggie mixture and rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top and serve.
