Chocolate Ice Cream (Dairy Free, Gluten Free)
My family loves chocolate ice cream. When we went dairy free finding a dairy free ice cream wasn’t an easy task. There are many more options now-a-days, but they are expensive and full of unnecessary ingredients that I don’t want to consume on a regular basis. I do buy them from time-to-time, but when we have a craving for a dairy free or vegan ice cream, this vegan Chocolate Ice Cream is the recipe I turn to.

This rich, thick and creamy Chocolate Dairy Free Ice Cream is my families favorite dessert any night, but especially on a hot day. The entire batch will be consumed by the 4 of us with no problems.

You will find yourself using this chocolate recipe as the base for all of your favorites. Add gluten free cookies, peanut butter, chocolate chips, marshmallow and walnuts (rocky road), or even cookie dough.
