Gluten Free and Dairy Free French Toast Casserole

Nothing beats a beautiful and elegant french toast casserole for a fun brunch or Sunday breakfast. The crumb topping brings an extra element to this flavorful casserole. I love topping this with fresh fruit and serving with eggs and bacon for a complete brunch or breakfast.
