BBQ Chicken Sandwich Recipe

2 cups BBQ Sauce 1 onion diced, yellow is great 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast 4-6 gluten free buns 2 cups shredded cabbage
Add the BBQ sauce, chicken and onions to the Instant Pot or Crock Pot.
In the Instant Pot cook on poultry mode.
In the CrockPot cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Once it is done cooking, remove the chicken and shred it with a fork and knife.
Place the chicken back in the IP or CP, stir it well to coat it and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
To serve add a generous amount of chicken to your bun and top it with cabbage.
