S’mores are totally irresistible to me. They are truly the ultimate comfort food. But, when there is no bonfire and you are sharing with others making a 3 ingredient s’mores dip is totally the way to go!

Ingredients

Start by turning your oven on low broil. Add the coconut oil to a small baking dish and place it in the oven. Allow it to melt and remove from the oven.

Pour in the chocolate chips and stir them to combine with the coconut oil. Place the pan back in the oven to allow the chocolate chips to melt, this should take about a minute.

Remove from the oven and stir it up until its smooth. Place all of the marshmallows on top of the chocolate and place the dish back in the oven.

Step 4

Watch carefully and move the dish as needed so you do not burn the marshmallows. This will be fast, usually about a minute until they are toasted.

Remove from oven and allow to sit for a few minutes to cool off. Dip your favorite graham crackers or fruit and enjoy.
