Gingerbread Latte

gluten free

The cool mornings and the fall breeze have me in the mood for the holidays.

The fall months and then transitioning into the holiday season is definitely my favorite time of the year. I love decorating, the cold weather, big comfy sweaters and boots, and baking up a storm.

The perfect use of traditional Kimono fabric, Japanese cypress and modern touches in every room.

This vegan gingerbread latte has all of the fun ginger flavors and it is an incredibly simple homemade gingerbread coffee.

Ingredients

A gingerbread latte is a strong coffee mixed with milk, in this case the recipe calls for coconut milk because it is dairy free and vegan.

True simplicity when it comes to this recipe. Of course, the coffee you make this with will always determine the flavor and that is why I brew my coffee in my Mr. Coffee® Easy Measure 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker!

Step 4

Add all of the ingredients except for the coconut whipped cream to a blender and blend on low for 10 seconds. Pour into 4 coffee mugs and top with coconut whipped cream and sprinkled cinnamon.

Step 4

Use a can of full fat coconut milk that is room temperature. If you use cold milk it will make the coffee cold.
