1Tsp.Garlic Powder
1/4Tsp.Pepper
1/2Tsp.Pink Himalayan sea salt
1Tsp.Parsley
1/4Tsp.Sage
1Tsp.Thyme
1/2Tsp.Paprika
1/4CupAvocado OilAny neutral oil will work
1.5Lbs. Pork ChopsDouble as needed
Instructions
In a small bowl mix all of your seasonings.
Evenly sprinkle both sides of each chop.
Heat oil in a skillet and then add the chops.
Cook on each side about 4-6 minutes depending on the thickness of the chops.
You can always take one out and cut the middle to check that it is cooked through.
Notes
If your chops are thick then you can add 1/4 cup of broth to your pan and put a lid on the top after you have cooked each side. This helps cook through to the middle without drying out your pork chops.
