Herb Roasted Pork Chops

This simple pork chop recipe is fast, inexpensive and the entire family loves it.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp. Pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 Tsp. Parsley
  • 1/4 Tsp. Sage
  • 1 Tsp. Thyme
  • 1/2 Tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil Any neutral oil will work
  • 1.5 Lbs. Pork Chops Double as needed

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix all of your seasonings.
  • Evenly sprinkle both sides of each chop.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and then add the chops.
  • Cook on each side about 4-6 minutes depending on the thickness of the chops.
  • You can always take one out and cut the middle to check that it is cooked through.

Notes

If your chops are thick then you can add 1/4 cup of broth to your pan and put a lid on the top after you have cooked each side. This helps cook through to the middle without drying out your pork chops.
