Ingredients

Sauce

  • Can Diced Tomatoes undrained
  • ¼ Cup Avocado Oil
  • 3 TBSP. Garlic chopped
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp. Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Basil
  • 1 box of Gluten Free Spaghett

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to the box directions.
  2. In a large pan or wide sauce pan add the avocado oil and heat on medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the salt and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat to medium low.
  6. Add the can of un-drained tomatoes, parsley, and basil.
  7. Cook 6-7 minutes stirring every minute or so.
