Cashew Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups raw cashews soaked overnight
  • 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tsp. avocado oil
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp. parsley
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ¾ cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • Make the cashew cream by adding all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until you have a nice creamy consistency. You may have to scrape the sides of the blender to mix thoroughly

Notes

Note: if your cashews soak for a very long amount of time, you might notice a color change in them. This is normal, however I do not suggest letting them soak for more than the suggested time.
You can also make this up to 3 days ahead of time and store it in the fridge if you need it!
