Make the cashew cream by adding all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until you have a nice creamy consistency. You may have to scrape the sides of the blender to mix thoroughly

Note: if your cashews soak for a very long amount of time, you might notice a color change in them. This is normal, however I do not suggest letting them soak for more than the suggested time.You can also make this up to 3 days ahead of time and store it in the fridge if you need it!
