Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 carrots peeled and diced
  • 6 potatoes peeled and diced
  • 5 cups broth

Instructions

  • Turn the instant pot on sauté mode and add the oil. Add the garlic and onion, sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add the ground beef and begin to brown. Sprinkle the meat with sea salt, granulated garlic, parsley, paprika, thyme, and pepper. Cook until the meat is done. Turn the sauté mode off.
  • Add the potatoes, carrots, and broth, stir to combine.
  • Cook on the soup setting.
