6slices of ham
6slices of cheeseI used vegan cheese
6tspmayo
2eggs
1tbspmilkI used coconut
1/4tsppaprika
1/4tsppepper
1/2tspsea salt
3tbspbutterI used vegan butter
Instructions
Slice your rolls in half.
Spread mayo on each side and add the ham and cheese, place the top of the roll on the meat and cheese to create a sandwich. Repeat until all 6 are created.
In a shallow bowl or pie dish, whisk the eggs, milk and seasonings.
Heat a skillet on medium heat and add the butter.
Place the sandwich in the egg mixture, let sit for a minute and flip, allow it sit for a minute.
Add the egg soaked sandwich to the pan and cook in the melted butter for about 2 minutes on each side. Repeat.
Place cooked slider on a plate lined with a paper towel. Lightly dust with powdered sugar and serve.
