So, naturally I knew that I could totally nail this recipe to be paleo and healthy for all of you to love and enjoy, without feeling guilty about it.

Pie is something that everyone loves, right? A good crust is half of the success. You need to make sure you have a good crust recipe. One thing that I have been hearing for several years now is how everyone wants a good pie crust recipe.

2 Paleo Pie Crusts Apples peeled and cut Coconut Sugar Cinnamon Nutmeg Grain Free All Purpose Flour Maple Syrup Egg Yolk Coconut Milk

Ingredients

You will first need a pie crust. Put one into a pie dish and then roll the other one out for the top of the pie. Peel and cut your apples. Pre-heat the oven to 350ºF.

Add your cut apples to a bowl and sprinkle the coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour over the cut apples.

Pour the apple mixture into your pie shell and put the second pie crust dough that has been rolled out on top. You can add a few slits to the top of the crust and sprinkle some additional coconut sugar if you desire.

Bake for 45 minutes and then allow the pie to cool for at least 25 minutes before serving.
