Ingredients
5cupsstrong brewed coffee
2tbspmolasses
1/2cupcoconut sugaror brown sugar
2tspground ginger
1/4tspnutmeg
1tspcinnamon
1tspvanilla
dashclovesoptional
115 oz. can full fat coconut milkroom temperature, not refrigerated
4tbspcoconut whipped cream to garnish
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients except for the coconut whipped cream to a blender and blend on low for 10 seconds. Pour into 4 coffee mugs and top with coconut whipped cream and sprinkled cinnamon.
Notes
Use a can of full fat coconut milk that is room temperature. If you use cold milk it will make the coffee cold.
