Gingerbread Latte (Vegan, Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 5 cups strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash cloves optional
  • 1 15 oz. can full fat coconut milk room temperature, not refrigerated
  • 4 tbsp coconut whipped cream to garnish

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients except for the coconut whipped cream to a blender and blend on low for 10 seconds. Pour into 4 coffee mugs and top with coconut whipped cream and sprinkled cinnamon.

Notes

Use a can of full fat coconut milk that is room temperature. If you use cold milk it will make the coffee cold.
