Paleo Pecan Pie
The perfect paleo pecan pie that the entire family will love!

- 2 Cups Pecan Halves
- 1 Cup Coconut Sugar or Brown Sugar (grain free option)
- Dash of Salt
- ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
- ⅓ Cup Ghee or Melted Butter or Vegan Butter (grain free option)
- ¾ Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Paleo Pie Crust
- 3 Eggs
In a bowl add the coconut sugar, ghee, eggs, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Mix for about 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add most of the pecans to the bottom of the pie crust and then pour the mixture from the bowl on top.
Add the rest of the pecans on top (you can get fancy with this if you want).
Bake at 350ºF for 50 minutes or until the filling is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
