16-20ozCauliflower Florets
2tbspoilavocado is my oil of choice
¼tspsea salt
Sauce
¼cupvegan butter
1tsptapioca starchany starch will do such as: arrowroot, potato and corn
½cuphot sauce: we love tapatio and cholula
1tspcider vinegar
1tspcoconut aminosor tamari
1tspgranulated garlic
½tspsea salt
Instructions
In a bowl, add the cauliflower. Drizzle the oil and sprinkle the salt on top. Toss the cauliflower to coat the florets.
Put the cauliflower in your air fryer and air fry at 425 degrees F for about 12 minutes.
Drizzle half of the buffalo sauce on the cauliflower, reserve the other half. Air fry at 425 for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove the cauliflower and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
Serve the cauliflower bites warm and with your favorite dipping sauce.
