Ingredients
1 3/4cupsgluten free rolled oats
1/2cuppecanschopped
1/2cupdried cranberries
1/2cupdried cherries
1/2cupshredded coconut
1/2cupchocolate chips
1tbspflax meal
1tspcinnamon
1/4tsp.nutmeg
1tsp.vanilla
1/4cuphoneyor maybe syrup for vegan
1/4cupcoconut oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, adding the honey and coconut oil last. Stir well and pour onto baking sheet. Spread out evenly.
Bake for 18 minutes without stirring.
Allow it to cool for about 30 minutes or longer. It will be clumped together in several places. Break it into clusters. Store in an air tight container in the pantry for 2-3 weeks.
