Pour the beef broth on top and sprinkle in the corned pepper seasoning that came with the brisket.
Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
Drizzle the oil on the cabbage and then sprinkle the salt and pepper.
Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes and serve.
To make this meal keto omit the potatoes and carrots. 1 serving of cabbage has 7 net carbs and 1 serving of the carrots has 7 net carbs.
