Gluten Free Protein Pancake Mix Recipe (Dairy Free)

Easy and delicious protein pancakes are perfect for hungry bellies!

Pancake Mix

  • 2 cups gluten free oat flour
  • 3 cups gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1 cup naked pea naked nutrition protein powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cup of the pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup coconut milk any milk will work
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla


Pancake Mix

  1. In a bowl add the oat flour, gf flour, protein powder, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk until well combined and store in an airtight container.

Protein Pancakes

  1. In a medium sized bowl add 1 cup of the pancake mix, cinnamon, vanilla, egg, and milk. Whisk well until the batter is smooth.

  2. Heat a griddle or skillet on medium heat and allow it to get hot. Spray with non-stick spray.

  3. Add 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook 2-4 minutes, flip and then cook another 2-3 minutes. Repeat until all of the pancake batter is gone.

  4. This will yield 6-7 pancakes. On the weekends I like to double the recipe.

  5. Serve hot with butter and syrup.
