Add the drained jalapenos, oil, salt, granulated garlic, onion powder, and mayo to the cup attachment on your immersion blender.
Use the handheld immersion blender to blend the sauce to be creamy. A few chunks is just fine and you can adjust the texture to your liking. This takes about 8-12 seconds.
Use immediately or store in the fridge until ready to use for up to 5 days.
