Easy Mojito Recipe
This simple mint mojito recipe is gluten free and dairy free
- 3 sprigs mint
- 1 lime 1/2 squeezed and the other half sliced or quartered
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tbsp rum
- 1/2 cup sparkling water preferably lime flavored
Start by muddling 2 sprigs of the mint. Do not over muddle, this can make the drink taste a little bland. A gentle muddle will do.
Drop the mint to the bottom of your cup. Add the sliced lime.
Fill the cup with ice.
Pour the lime juice, agave nectar, and rum over the ice. Top with sparkling water until the glass in full.
Add an additional sprig of mint on top for garnish. Stir and serve.
