This simple pasta salad is gluten free, dairy free and delicious. It's made with just a handful of ingredients.
In a large bowl add the pasta, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, olives, sun dried tomatoes and tuna pouches.
You can use 1/2 cup of store bought balsamic vinaigrette or you can make your own by taking all of the ingredients shown and adding it to a mason jar. Give it a good shake or stir.
Pour the vinaigrette on top and gently stir to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
