Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal (Gluten Free, Vegan)

This easy instant pot oatmeal tastes like apple pie but it's heathy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • dash salt
  • 1 1/2 cups peeled and cut apples I love pink lady or gala
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cups coconut milk or nut milk

Instructions

  1. In your pressure cooker add all of the ingredients and stir to blend.

  2. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes and then allow the pressure to manually release for 10 minutes.

  3. Serve with your favorite toppings. I enjoy this with more apples, pecans, and slivered almonds.
