Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Almond Milk
  • ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 Cups Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan combine all ingredients except oats and vanilla.

  2. Melt ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the oats and stir well to combine.

  4. Reduce and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, add vanilla and spoon onto parchment paper and refrigerate overnight. Store in the fridge. Enjoy
