Once all ingredients are mixed well, pour into a greased Bundt cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Chocolate Ganache
In a sauce pan melt the chocolate bar, coconut cream, vanilla and coconut oil. Once melted, remove from heat immediately. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before pouring onto the cake. Serve and enjoy!
