2lbs.of your favorite fish cut in pieces
1CupWhite Rice Flour
½CupCoconut Oil
Tortillas
Mango Salsa
1Onion diced
1Mango diced
2TBSP.Cilantro chopped
1Tomato diced
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Spicy Mayo Sauce
3TBSP.Mayo
A few shakes of hot sauceI used about 3-4
1TBSP.DF Milk
Dash of Crushed Red Pepper
¼tsp.Salt
¼tsp.Pepper
¼tsp.Granulated Garlic
Garnish

Instructions
Spicy Mayo
Make the spicy mayo sauce 1 hour ahead of time (one hour) by adding all of the ingredients into a bowl and mixing well. Refrigerate.
Pour the flour in a shallow bowl. Heat the coconut oil in a skillet.
Coat both sides of the fish well in the flour mixture and then put in the skillet and cook about 4 minutes on each side. Place on a plate lined with paper towels.
Make the mango salsa by adding all of the ingredients to a bowl and stirring together.
