BBQ Ribs with Paleo Rub

Maple Syrup
Instructions
In a bowl add all of the dry rib ingredients and whisk them together.
Rub both sides of the ribs generously. Cook according to Smithfield® package directions. Our ribs slow cooked for about 1 hr 15 minutes.
Spicy Maple Dipping Sauce
Add all ingredients to a bowl and blend. Dip your ribs for a delicious and sweet, yet spicy sauce.
Notes
We enjoyed this with some Garlic Corn on the Cob, Roasted Red Potatoes and Baked Beans.
