  • Stir together the flour, coconut sugar, salt, baking powder, flax and cinnamon.
  • Add the vanilla and eggs and mix well.
  • Add the milk and mix well.
  • Add the coconut oil last and blend well.
  • Heat your skillet on medium heat. Once the skillet is nice and hot add ¼ cup of batter and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Enjoy!
