Whipped Coconut Cream

The perfect vegan whipped cream to top any dessert, or use in a recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of full fat coconut cream needs to be refrigerated at least overnight
  • 1 TBSP. Maple Syrup
  • 1 TBSP. Vanilla

Instructions

  • Carefully take just the coconut cream off of the top off the can. and put it in the mixing bowl.
  • Add maple syrup and vanilla.
  • Use your emersion blender or mixer and blend until the consistency is your desired thickness (this doesn’t overly whip but should have a nice texture to it) Enjoy!
