Ingredients
1TBSP.Avocado Oil
½Onion diced
1Carrot diced
1TBSP.Chopped Garlic
1Green Bell Pepper diced
1Lb.Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
Sauce:
1CupTomato Sauce
½CupKetchup
¼CupCoconut Sugar
¼tsp.Ground Mustard
2TBSP.GF TamariSoy Sauce
1tsp.Garlic Powder
¼tsp.Onion Powder
¼tsp.Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet heat the oil.
Sauté the onion, garlic, carrot and bell pepper for 4 minutes.
Add the meat and brown it.
While the meat is cooking add all of the sauce ingredients together and mix well.
Once the meat is cooked through, pour the sauce in the pan and reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve on a GF bun or just GF bread. Enjoy!
