Garlic Pasta

Sauce
- Can Diced Tomatoes undrained
- ¼ Cup Avocado Oil
- 3 TBSP. Garlic chopped
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 ½ tsp. Parsley
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1 box of Gluten Free Spaghett
Boil the noodles according to the box directions.
In a large pan or wide sauce pan add the avocado oil and heat on medium heat.
Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the salt and pepper.
Reduce heat to medium low.
Add the can of un-drained tomatoes, parsley, and basil.
Cook 6-7 minutes stirring every minute or so.
