Easy Sheet Pan Fajitas

Paleo Fajita Seasoning
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
Fajitas
- 2 bell peppers seeded and cut into strips
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 lb chicken boneless skinless chicken breast or steak, or mushroom sliced into strips
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup paleo fajita seasoning
Fajitas
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Add the onions, bell peppers and chicken to a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and then sprinkle with seasoning.
Toss to coat everything evenly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour your fajita mixture on top, spreading it all out evenly.
Bake for 17-20 minutes.
Serve in tortillas with topping or as a salad.
