Chipotle Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe

This easy and inexpensive gluten free vegan side dish is the perfect way to make your meal filling and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup long grain white rice
  • 2 ¼ Cups water
  • 2 TBSP. Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 TBSP. Lime Juice
  • ½ tsp. Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp. Cumin
  • ½ tsp. Granulated Garlic
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper

Instructions

  • Directions:It's truly as simple as adding all of the ingredients into a medium sized saucepan, stirring and then bringing to a boil. Put the lid on and reduce the heat to medium/low to keep a light simmer. Cook for 20 minutes. All of the water should be absorbed and it should fluff up with a fork.
