Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal (Gluten Free, Vegan)

This easy instant pot oatmeal tastes like apple pie but it's heathy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • dash salt
  • 1 1/2 cups peeled and cut apples I love pink lady or gala
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cups coconut milk or nut milk

Instructions

  • In your pressure cooker add all of the ingredients and stir to blend.
  • Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes and then allow the pressure to manually release for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings. I enjoy this with more apples, pecans, and slivered almonds.
