Instant Chocolate Chia Pudding

This paleo and whole 30 recipe is easy with a few simple ingredients. You will love this healthy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 4 dates or 3 tbsp. maple syrup if your not whole 30
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend for about 3 or so minutes. Until all of the seeds are blended through and its nice and creamy. 

Notes

If you are using 2 tbsp. of maple syrup increase the amount of chia seeds to 1/3 cup instead of 1/4 cup.
