1lb.Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
Marinade
The juice of 2 Limes
4ClovesDiced Garlic
½tsp.Pink Himalayan Sea salt
¼tsp.Crushed Red Pepper
2TBSP.Avocado Oil
Cilantro Lime Rice
2CupsCauliflower Rice
1TBSP.Avocado Oil
2TBSP.Lime Juice
1TBSP.Diced Garlic
1TBSP.Diced Cilantro

Instructions
Cilantro Lime Shrimp
Add shrimp, lime juice, garlic, salt, and red pepper to a bowl, toss. Cover and marinade for 20 minutes.
In a skillet heat the oil on medium heat and add the shrimp marinade mixture. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and make the Cilantro Lime Rice.
Cilantro Lime Rice
Heat avocado oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add cauliflower, garlic, and lime juice.
Cook for 6 minutes. Add cilantro and salt to taste. Serve with Cilantro Lime Shrimp.
