Chopped Pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add all ingredients to a bowl except for pecans and coconut oil. Mix well with a mixer.

Add coconut oil and mix well.

Stir in pecans.

Pour into a greased 8X11 baking dish. Add additional pecans on top if desired.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
If you want a sweeter flavor use brown sugar in place of the coconut sugar.
You can also use 1 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice in place of the cinnamon, all spice, and nutmeg.
