Gluten Free & Dairy Free Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • Cups Water
  • Cups Coconut Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ Cups of Sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. Xanthan Gum
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • Cups GF All Purpose Flour

Chocolate Ganache

  • 3.5 oz. Chocolate Bar gluten free and dairy free
  • 1 Cup of Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 TBSP. Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  • Once combined, add the melted coconut oil and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Add water, flour, cocoa powder, salt, xanthan gum and baking powder.
  • Once all ingredients are mixed well, pour into a greased Bundt cake pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Chocolate Ganache

  • In a sauce pan melt the chocolate bar, coconut cream, vanilla and coconut oil. Once melted, remove from heat immediately. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before pouring onto the cake. Serve and enjoy!
