Gluten Free Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa
These delicious tacos are full of fun flavor. Perfect for the warm weather!
of your favorite fish cut in pieces
White Rice Flour
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Spicy Mayo Sauce
A few shakes of hot sauce
I used about 3-4
Dash of Crushed Red Pepper
Make the spicy mayo sauce 1 hour ahead of time (one hour) by adding all of the ingredients into a bowl and mixing well. Refrigerate.
Pour the flour in a shallow bowl. Heat the coconut oil in a skillet.
Coat both sides of the fish well in the flour mixture and then put in the skillet and cook about 4 minutes on each side. Place on a plate lined with paper towels.
Make the mango salsa by adding all of the ingredients to a bowl and stirring together.
