Stir together the flour, coconut sugar, salt, baking powder, flax and cinnamon.
Add the vanilla and eggs and mix well.
Add the milk and mix well.
Add the coconut oil last and blend well.
Heat your skillet on medium heat. Once the skillet is nice and hot add ¼ cup of batter and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Enjoy!
